1. Terms and conditions

   Precision Mist offers it's customers a 1-yr warranty on all its pressure misting products as per the following terms:

  The benefits of the warranty are subject to proof of purchase and proper use. Any product that qualifies for the warranty will be repaired by an authorized Precision Mist technician who will either fix or replace the faulty parts for free. Normal wear on nozzles and filters are excluded from this warranty.

  This warranty does not cover for misting products that have been worked on or attempted repairs by an unauthorized technician.

  The warranty, also, does not apply to damaged products due to, freezing, directly or indirectly, to abuse, negligence, misuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of maintenance thereof. 

  Precision Mist also will not be liable for injuries to persons or property, death of a person, or for accidental, special, contingent or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.

 This warranty is subject to the current laws and regulations. 

2. Return Policy 

   At Precision Mist we carefully select the products we provide to our esteemed customers to ensure that they are of the best quality and free from any defects. However, you may find that the goods delivered to you are not specific to your unique conditions and fail to work straight out of the box. Well, no need to worry because Precision Mist provides and adheres to a 7-day return policy for products that we sell online.

  The return policy is for the purposes of replacing the sold products with ones that meet the customer’s specified requirements in the case of a faulty delivery or in a situation where the ordered and delivered product does not fit the customer’s specification.

  The customer pays for the ‘to and fro’ shipping of the returned goods as well as for any additional products that are issued by the company to facilitate the meeting of the customer’s requirements that were not specified during the initial purchase process. 

  The product must be unused and in the condition it was shipped to you. It also ought to be in the same packaging provided with all the original components. 

  The client will be required to show proof of purchase or the receipt issued during the initial delivery.

  Any returns made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted 

   No returns on any custom designed parts.
